"This is a familiar small public dock on the Nehalem River in the coastal town of Nehalem, Oregon. I spotted the fisherman one day, and thought he looked so content. It was a bright sunny day, which made sparkling
reflections on the water that I wanted to capture. I chose a bay green frame with natural wood imperfections
and a bright white liner to make the picture pop."
